All communications are reviewed by Idealab's General Counsel and/or the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Idealab's Board of Directors, and are managed and maintained by an independent third-party vendor. Should you have any concerns related to Idealab or any operating company's accounting, internal control, auditing or other financial matters you are encouraged to report them by phone in North America by calling 1-866-299-8595. To preserve anonymity, the third party vendor's systems alter voices so they are not recognizable.
