Associate Technical Product Manager

The Company
X1 Technologies is looking for a technical graduate who is interested in exploring product management opportunities.
As an Associate Technical Product Manager, you'll work with the VP of Products & Strategy and the VP of Engineering to
define and document new features while guiding products through their execution cycle. You'll build products from existing ideas
and help develop new ideas into successful products.
You'll conduct primary and leverage secondary research on markets and competitors and assist in developing marketing
communications and defining go-to-market strategies; including product positioning and sales & marketing collateral.
As Associate Technical Product Manager, you'll serve as a Technical Product Evangelist, furthering the conversation with
our sales channel, key customers, and the public through formal and informal channels. In this role, you'll also assist in
creating technical marketing documentation; including reviewer's and best practices guides and whitepaper.
Technical, Analytical, and Strategic planning skills are vital to performing successfully in this position. Additionally, this
position requires significant visual and written communication.
Responsibilities
- Help define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Deliver MRD's, PRDs, and Functional Requirements
- Serve as an internal and external Technical Product Evangelist
- Conduct research on markets and competitors
- Perform product demonstrations at webinars and other events
- Create internal and external technical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of product development experience
- Technical background is required (server based web development experience a plus)
- Bachelor's of Computer Science of Engineering degree preferred (MBA a plus)
- Deep interes in creating and analyzing products
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
