Tanya Peterson is Vice President of Human Resources. She has been with Idealab since August 2000 and previously served as Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining us, Tanya was Human Resources Manager for Creative Channel Services. In addition, she held positions in human resources and operations for Global Sourcing Services, Cybersmith, and Barnes and Noble, Inc., all based in New York. Tanya received her B.A. in Business Administration from Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York. She holds the Certified Benefits Professional certification from WorldatWork, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. When not at work, Tanya enjoys exploring California on weekend excursions with her husband, and visiting with family and friends during return trips to her home state of New York.
