Kristen Ding has been with Idealab since February 1998, serving as our Vice President of Design. Prior to joining Idealab, she was Vice President of Design at CitySearch. Kristen also served as Senior Art Director at AND Interactive Communications. She received her B.A. in Psychology and Design from Stanford University and her B.F.A. in Graphic Design and Packaging from Art Center College of Design. Kristen has been part of the Idealab family since 1995 when she was one of the original founders of CitySearch and grew a team of 40 designers to build advertising websites for local businesses across the country. Kristen's work has been recognized in ID, Communication Arts and HOW design magazines. When she's not working with the operating companies to meet their graphic design and branding needs, she enjoys modern architecture, photography and baking cookies.
